SNAPmobile is an IOS and Android application that will allow you to use your service anytime, anywhere, from any IOS or Android device. The following instructions will allow you to configure the SNAPmobile application on your IOS or Android device.
Requirements:
- IOS or Android phone (OS v9.0 Or Higher Required)
- SNAPmobile app from iTunes or Google Play store
- Access to Manager Portal
Download SNAPmobile
- Download and install SNAPmobile from the App Store here
- Download and install SNAPmobile from the Google Play Store here
Account Setup
When prompted for the Host ID enter: UCNET
Login with Office 365 using your work email address and work password
– OR –
Username: extension@domain
Password: Your password for the web portal
Press LOG IN
