How to add a shared mailbox to Outlook Mobile App

This guide will show you how to add a shared mailbox to your Outlook app on your phone.

1. Open the Outlook app
2. In the top left, click the icon to the left of “Inbox”

3. Click the Envelope with a + icon

4. Select “Add Shared Mailbox”

5. Type in the full address of the shared mailbox and then select “Add Shared Mailbox”
